Expert Tips For Planning A Great Small Event:

  • Keep your guest list tight – Don’t overcrowd the space. Aim for quality interactions over quantity.
  • Sort food early – For sit-down dinners, offer a limited menu with guest preferences in mind. Cocktail party? Go for passed bites or a grazing table.
  • Consider layout – Plan for seating and standing space based on the event type. Workshops need tables; networking drinks need flow.
  • Note dietary needs – Always include allergy and dietary info with your RSVPs so the venue can prepare.
  • Capture the moment – A few group photos or disposable cameras go a long way for memories.
  • Relax – Let the venue team handle the flow. Most small venues in Singapore come with experienced staff who know how to run the show.

We used the venue space for my client. Location is very much central, very next to MRT. Room is spacious and the sound system is very good and they have a big screen plus 2 big TV for the projection. They have a big area outside for the buffet set up. Staffs are very responsive and friendly as well. I recommend strongly to try this venue for workshops, team building events and seminar sessions.
